While penmarsh may be low on price sitting as our favorite of the budget friednyl range it certainly isnt low on quality. With 2-ply short cut pile yarn its easy care, easy clean especially with pet lovers. Carrying a 7 year wear warranty you get alot for your money. This range also comes on a felt backing should you not desire underlay.
